Fresh Water Fish
Dolly Varden - in the streams and lakes
near Cold Bay Alaska.
Steelhead - in streams on the Alaska Peninsula,
near Cold Bay Alaska.
Silver Salmon - streams and lakes with
the peak in the months of September to the middle of October.
Chum Salmon - in the streams with the
peak in the month of August.
Pink Salmon - in the streams with the
peak in the month of August.

Salt Water Fish
Halibut - year around with peak fishing
in the months of July and August in shallow water.
Black Rock Fish - available shallow the
months of June, July, August, but they go deep in the winter months
and can be jigged around the the deep pinnacles.
Cod Fish - the peak fishing is in the
months of March, April and May. In the summer months, they are scattered
in shallow water, but head deep for the months of August through February.
Pollock - very seldom they come above
twenty fathoms, in the winter they head down to 70 fathoms and deeper.
King Salmon - year around, they are shallow
in the summer, but go deeper in the winter.
Red Salmon - the peak is the month of
July, but runs come in starting in June and end in month of August.
Chum Salmon - the month of July and August
are the peak months to catch chum salmon in salt water, but again they
are available months of May through August.
Pink Salmon - July and August are the
peak months to catch pink salmon in salt water.
Silver Salmon - July through September
are the peak months to catch silvers in salt water.
